What is SEO CopyWriting?
When writing for your business, you want your business to be noticed and remembered. People remember Copywrite, which is written primarily for them. Meaning they can relate to the subject matter. Otherwise, your message may land up lost in translation.
This attention to detail is where the ‘human’ aspect comes in. We write for people at the Professional Plume, not search engines. However, we are smart enough to know how to embed SEO into your project without being obvious.
How Do You Accept Payments?
As a business person yourself, you understand the importance of time and how that translates into income. With that in mind, my payment methods are accomodating to both of us.
I currently have several clients on my books already, so for new clients, I require the following:
- Once I have accepted the mandate, a 50% deposit is payable upfront before the work begins.
- Once the article is complete, you pay the remaining balance.
- I accept payment through Paypal invoice.
There are two revisions or edits allowed per project, within reason. During the project duration, I will keep you updated via email. Please ensure that you have submitted a valid email.
Due to the research time and effort that goes into your important project, there will be no deposit refunds. I will happily keep your project on hold until you get back to me, but for a specified period only. This procedure does not apply to shorter articles. Please see Faqs on shorter pieces.
How Long Will it Take to Write My Project?
The first thing we will discuss is your deadlines and my availability. Once we have determined that I can work within your required deadline, work will commence at a specified date.
If this is an urgent project, we can discuss this and place you in priority for an additional fee. If this is not suitable, I will happily put you on my waiting list until you are ready to submit your project.
Can I Get a Free Article to Check Your Work?
The short answer is no! There are plenty of samples on my site, and I can also link you to published work if necessary. I offer a charge on trial articles, and I am happy to submit these to you once paid in advance. My goal is to assist you and present quality work. This process takes time and research, and proofreading.
Do You Write Shorter Articles?
Currently, I offer two billing options. One is word count, and the other is per project.
Smaller articles of 300 – 1000 words are costed at a set price. Ask for further details.
Midrange articles can be costed per word. However, the payment method remains the same.
